The startup intends to offer pesticide and residue-free exotic veggies and herbs through soilless cultivation.

There’s a conspicuous lack of suppliers for exotic vegetables and herbs for the high-end hotels and restaurants n Guwahati, so much so that they have to procure them from Delhi, which increases the cost price three times. Growing exotic herbs in the local conditions requires special climate control and better care that cannot be achieved in the conventioal land-based farming.

Niyor Agritek aims at growing exotic herbs and veggies like red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, basil leaf, parsley, Chinese cabbage, iceberg lettuce, Romanian lettuce and broccoli in the landscape through the use of hydroponics. It would usher in easy availability of the produce for the businesses at a much lower price.

High-end hotels and restaurants across Northeast India.

The startup follows a B2B model and shall earn through product selling to the targeted premium hotels and restaurants in Northeast India.
