Career Spark strives to provide unbiased and holistic career guidance to students and help them develop skills required to excel in the chosen field.

In India, a good career has traditionally meant a government job or pursuing medicine or engineering. However, the evolution of the new-age sectors has opened wide career scopes to choose from. Unfortunately, not many parents and even students are aware of the options. Furthermore, there still exists reservations about making career choices beyond the traditionally accepted ‘safe’ options. .

Career Spark sets up unbiased and holistic career guidance systems in school in the form of Career Clubs. Their career coaches provide one on one mentoring programs to students in order to help them reach and excel in the chosen field.

The startup charges a subscription fee for joining the Career Clubs in schools. It also charges a fee for one-on-one mentoring sessions.

The startup has held one-on-one mentorings for 18 students till date, accruing a revenue of 1.5 Lakh since April 2019. The Career Club model is under development.
