When a person relocates to another city (tier II & III cities), getting a rented property is a task as much is buying or transferring previous appliances from different locations with the risk of damage.

The startup offers a digital platform for searching and getting rented house with customized data. It also provides the service of showing the house, closing the deal and arranging rental agreement, furnishing it (if needed) as per specific needs, maintenance of the house and also getting home appliances & electrical appliances on daily and monthly rental basis. The startup also offers fully furnished accommodation facilities on a multiple sharing basis.

Revenue Model

The startup generates revenue by letting out asset (appliances) on rent. They take a security deposit which is refunded on returning the appliances. In the process, the startup generates further revenue by rotating the parked money into the business.

Current Traction

The startup has rented appliances over 1700 times, renting 250+ number of appliances per month on average. It has catered to 1500+ customers till now, with 20% conversion rate in house rental brokerage business.
