A regular car servicing is nothing less than a day-long affair. However, the growing traffic on road and busy work schedules make it extremely difficult for car owners to squeeze out time to get their vehicles serviced. Automovill provides the ease of home pick-up, updates the progress status for easy tracking, and delivers back the serviced car, thus saving time and hassles for the customers. Services are also provided to the fleet owners, ensuring reduced downtime to keep the cabs on road. Automovill onboards vendors after they qualify in the selection process for service and repair work. Customer can book for a service through their website, App or by calling at the customer care. Once the operation executive confirms the request and understands the car issue, he sends a driver to pick up the car from the customer location to a suitable vendor partner. Following job estimation and approval from the customer, work starts and images and videos of the ongoing work are shared with the customer. On completion, bill is shared by email and the customer has the option to pay online. Once the payment is made, the assigned driver delivers the car back to the customer.

The startup draws profit through vehicle repair and service works. Revenue is also extracted through the sale of car accessories like music system, wheel cover, floor mat, central lock etc.
The startup has presence in Bangalore, Guwahati and Hyderabad and caters to around 600 customers from the three cities every month with a B2B and B2C revenue ratio of 70:30.
