Academia Connect: Dhemaji College

Students of Dhemaji College in the Dhemaji district of Assam attended an Academia Connect session organised virtually by Assam Startup on November 12, 2021.

The 90 students attending the program were apprised of the Assam Startup initiative and enlightened about how they can benefit from the initiative if they want to start up.

Apart from briefing them on the Assam Startup initiative, the students also were encouraged to share their startup ideas and get important feedback from the mentors/Experts of The Nest. The intention behind such trips is to introduce the students to entrepreneurship and encourage them to hone problem-solving attitudes leading to breakthrough innovations. This also provided them a much- needed entrepreneurial exposure that may lead to the emergence of future ethical leaders.
